The app collects nothing
The app has no accounts, no analytics, and no crash reporting. It shows no ads. It makes no network requests.
Audio files you import stay on your phone. The app never uploads or shares them. If you back up your phone, the backup includes them. The loop analyzer runs on the device. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored.
This page sets no cookies unless you sign in to the blog it lives on. It counts page views with Plausible. It also records how far you scrolled and how long you stayed. Plausible stores no personal data and builds no profile of you across sites. I see only totals and averages. They show which pages were read, roughly where from, and what kind of device. Ghost's built-in analytics counts the visit too. Pages load fonts from fonts.bunny.net, scripts from cdn.jsdelivr.net, and images from storage.ghost.io. Each of those hosts sees your request.
Ghost hosts the page and Fastly carries it. Both keep ordinary server logs.

Undercurrent plays your own audio files on a loop, underneath audio from other apps. It reads files you import from the Files app. It has no accounts, no library of its own, and no network features.
Things that are working as intended
- Lock screen and Control Center show no transport controls for Undercurrent. iOS withholds them from any app whose audio mixes with other apps. Transport lives in the app, and the blend toggle switches to exclusive playback when you want the buttons back.
- A file reports a crossfade. The analyzer found no clean splice point and chose the fallback. Either path loops without an audible seam.
